These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phbetph ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the phbetph website, mobile platform, or any associated services made available at phbetph.bet.

By accessing or using any part of the phbetph platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) phbetph account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or by any other means — is strictly prohibited. All accounts found to be duplicates may be closed without notice, and any balances or pending withdrawals in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly whenever any information changes. phbetph is not responsible for errors or losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player. Providing false registration details — including a false name, false date of birth, or false contact information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

phbetph is required to conduct KYC verification on all accounts in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. KYC verification requires you to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid, government-issued Philippine photo ID;
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate) dated within the last three months;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or PayMaya account) where applicable.

phbetph will process KYC documents within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. phbetph reserves the right to request additional documentation where standard documents are insufficient to verify identity.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbetph username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phbetph will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own disclosure or negligence. You agree to notify phbetph's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phbetph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phbetph does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered phbetph account holder — are not permitted. phbetph reserves the right to return deposits made from unrecognised or third-party payment sources and to withhold associated winnings pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before your first withdrawal;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your own name;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;

phbetph targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within 5–30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are typically processed within 1 business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Fees

phbetph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges. phbetph will not reimburse external provider fees.

phbetph offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification;
• Each bonus is subject to a stated wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before the associated funds become withdrawable;
• Unless a promotion page explicitly states otherwise, bonuses must be used within the validity period shown — expired bonuses will be removed from the account without compensation;
• phbetph reserves the right to vary, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Bonus abuse — including exploiting system errors, using multiple accounts, or engaging in coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

All games available on phbetph — including live dealer casino, slots, bingo, sports betting, Royal Fishing, Nine, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules made available within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

phbetph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Game outcomes are independently verified and certified for fairness in accordance with PAGCOR standards. phbetph does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game round, phbetph's records will be used as the definitive record of the outcome. • Creating more than one account or assisting others in creating duplicate accounts;

All content on the phbetph platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, software, game content, text, audio, video, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of phbetph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phbetph platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the phbetph platform without prior written authorisation from phbetph.

The phbetph name, logo, and brand identity are the exclusive property of phbetph. Unauthorised use of phbetph's trademarks or branding in any context is strictly prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
